- Is a real person making the call?
- No. An AI assistant makes the call. It never claims to be human, and if anyone asks, it says it is an AI assistant handling the request for you.
- Which businesses can Book call?
- Regular US and Canadian business phone numbers: restaurants, medical and dental offices, salons, pharmacies and more. Book looks the business up and shows you the number before it calls.
- What if the business can't do what I asked?
- Book doesn't pick a substitute for you. It asks the business what is available and texts you the options.
- Do I need to install an app?
- No. You text Book, or chat with it on the website once you've signed up.
- What happens to my personal details?
- Sensitive details such as a date of birth or prescription number are used for your request only and are masked once it finishes. The privacy policy has the full picture.
